February Employee of the Month

Jim Lee was chosen as February’s Employee of the Month.  Christine Hanshaw and Penny Hogue nominated Jim for all of his hard work in building shelves and helping move the Diabetes Center of Excellence team into their new home. “He not only completed each task we asked of him, but even offered to do some other things we had not thought of,” stated Christine.  Penny said, “Jim put in a lot of effort and time to make these (shelves) very nice.”

Jim moved to Butler County in 2003 from Gary, Indiana after retiring from US Steel with 31 years.  Jim and his wife of 34 years, Carol have a twenty-eight year old daughter, Shannon.  Jim started here at BRDHD in March of 2006 and is a valuable employee.  In his spare time, Jim enjoys model railroading; he only wishes he had more spare time to enjoy his hobby.
