From Cumberland Parkway:

Take Exit # 14.  Follow L. Roger Wells Boulevard (Hwy 31E) towards Glasgow.  Turn right onto South Green Street.  Turn left on West Wayne Street and then turn right onto South Race Street.  Turn left onto West Washington Street.  The Health Department is on the left.

From the East:

Take Highway 90 (Burkesville Rd) to the Square.  Go around 2 sides of the Square.  Turn right onto West Washington Street (by The Prescription Center).  The Health Department is on the left.

From the West:

Take Highway 90 (Happy Valley Rd) to Race Street.  Turn Right onto Race Street.  Turn left onto West Washington Street.  The Health Department is on the left.

Use exit #26 (Morgantown).  You will be on Highway 231N.  Follow the signs towards Morgantown.  At the first stop light, you will turn right onto G. L. Smith Street.  Travel one block, turn left on North Warren St, the health department is on the right.

Take US 31 W North.  Turn left onto Highway 101.  This road merges with Highway 259.  Continue to follow this road.  When you reach the city limits you will turn right onto Highway 70 (Mammoth Cave Road).  The health department is located on the right.

Take the Munfordville exit # 65 towards Munfordville.  This road is Main Street.  Turn left onto Center Street.  Follow this street for 2 blocks, the Health Department is on the left.

Logan County Health Department

From Highway 68-80:

Follow Highway 68-80 E until you reach the Russellville city limits do not take the bypass.  Hwy 68-80 then turns into Franklin Street.  The health department is on the right before you reach East Fourth Street.

From Cumberland Parkway:

Take Exit # 27.  Follow the signs into Edmonton.  The Health Department is on the right next to the High School.

Simpson County Health Department

From Highway 231:

Follow Highway 231 south away from Franklin.  Turn Right onto Memorial Drive (you will see signs for the Medical Center of Franklin).  Turn left at Brookhaven Road and follow that around to the rear of the Medical Center.  This road will change names and become South College Street.  The Health Department is on the Right.
