The BRDHD offers a number of different fitness programs that are tailored to your needs.

  • LIFE – 24 sessions  exercise program for those 65+, low-intensity improves balance, strength and general aerobic conditioning
  • LIFE Plus – 24 sessions for those 55+ moderate-intensity increases existing strength, power and cardiovascular health
  • On the Go – 24 sessions cardiovascular/strength training circuit program; high-intensity
  • Just Movin – incorporates dance and aerobic elements
  • Circuit training – resistance training targeting strength building and muscle endurance
